We recently dined at Carpe Diem for a business meal and were absolutely impressed. Our server, Maggie, was phenomenal—attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She offered spot-on wine recommendations that complemented our dining experience even further. I ordered the Branzino Meunière, while my colleague had the Diver Scallops. Both dishes were executed to perfection—beautifully plated, with flavors and textures that rival what you'd expect at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The balance and attention to detail in each bite were outstanding. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both professional gatherings and special occasions. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic food and a wonderful dining experience at Carpe Diem! We shared the Mushroom Flatbread and the Scallops—both were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Our server, Megan, provided excellent service—friendly and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return!

Caesar salad was just ok. Branzino in lemon caper was enjoyed. Ribeye special was cooked as requested but tough and served with brussel sprouts fried to a blackened state. Filet was cooked as requested tender but tasteless. Crème Brûlée was fair. They did send a complimentary limoncello and recognized our special occasion with a complimentary rum raisin bread pudding dessert. Service was friendly and attentive.

Popped into Carpe Diem for a quick drink that turned into an entire evening thanks to the bar magic of Taz. His Smoked Old Fashioned arrived under a glass cloche swirling with hickory smoke—dramatic reveal, perfectly balanced bourbon, just the right whisper of sweetness.  But the real spark was Taz himself: between shakes and stirs he shared stories from his years bartending on cruise ships—everything from mixing drinks in rolling seas to midnight limbo contests. His globe‑trotting tales paired with killer cocktails had everyone at the bar leaning in for more. Atmosphere? Cozy yet lively. Service? Spot‑on without ever feeling rushed.
