Go Hungry !!
Our second visit here. Great food , good service and nice atmosphere. We arrived @ 6:30. Seating was prompt. Wait staff is friendly and prompt. If you haven't been before, it can be a little hard to find. It sits behind Fuel Pizza. If you are a meat eater , this is the place for you. Chef Barry prepares your food according to your preference. It is brought to your table. Looking forward to our next visit.

The salad bar was good as well as the hot bar. I was expecting the meat to be more like Chima, but I didn't feel like the quality of the meat was as good. We asked for medium and got rare. Some of the meat was tough. I didn't like the way some of the meat was given in large pieces, and not shaved off. The service was very good, I just don't think I will come again. I didn't think it was worth the money.
Had a great time and server was wonderful! Would definitely return. I had chicken plate that melted in my mouth. Husband and son had the full meat selection. Meat choices were excellent!
Great service, great food. Must experience the strawberry shortcake. Chicken wasn't the best, but it's a "steakhouse" so no complaints.
This restaurant was amazing. I have been to Brazillian steakhouses before, but this was one of the better ones. Every meat was cooked to perfection and though I'm not huge on steak, I became a fan that night. Service was amazing. Price was decent. I bought the unlimited rodizio and salad bar for both me and my date plus I had one capirhina. All in total, including a 20 dollar tip was 123 dollars. Would definitely recommend.
Price was way too high for what we were served.
Place was empty on a Friday night, should have been our first clue. 39 Dollars for a 6 oz fillet that was overcooked and the hot bar was minuscule at best. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I paid how much.... for what?!?!?
Overcharged for undercooked top sirloin.... seriously this thing was still cold in the center.... and purple... not pink. Brazilian Steakhouse huh? I could've cooked a better steak myself.
Dinner for 2
I was expecting more authentic Brazilian food when I went to Brazz. The warm salad bar in scarce, not to many opinions. The meat cuts are not that well done. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A recommendation for them would be to also include some authentic Brazilian dishes like yuca fries/steamed, also add the grilled pineapple. Conclusion is, the staff is very nice, the food is too blend.
Service was poor
Overall I was disappointed with my experience. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, food didn't come out correct, we had 3-4 different servers and the restaurant was not even busy. The gentleman bringing around the carved meat and the young man filling water were friendly and more helpful. I would not recommend this place and would never return
Well Worth the Visit
Place is a little hard to find. Right next door to Fuel Pizza. Service was good and the food was great. The salad a side items were ok. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as side items go. The meats on the other hand were really good. Chef Barry came around often and was very pleasant. Definitely worth the visit. Go Hungry !
100% authentic food and charming service
My husband and I dined here on Valentine's Day 2016z the had a wonderful deal of two meals with a bottle of champagne and dessert for $120. My husband is Brazilian, born and raised and I wanted to bring him to a place that would remind him of home. After reading countless reviews of who's food is more authentic Brazz or Chima I gathered Brazz is more true in foods. After the meal my husband said everything flavor wise is exactly like the steakhouses in Brazil. The serive was good. Some of the chefs would say the meats names in purtugues for him and nichol and Gabbi were great servers. If you go I hope you get to meet gabbi. She is an extremely charming person that gets to know every table she has and truly wants the best for you. Also there caipirinha cocktails are AMAZING you must order one it's very true to Brazil and just great! My final word is that if you want to go for a experience go to Chima for its grand show of a dinner. If you want the true flavored of Brazil in a calm relaxed atmosphere then choose Brazz. But Brazz will also be my favorite.
My date and I ate at Brazz Carvery, and enjoyed the food- especially the tender, juicy meats. Their sides were just okay, but we were really there for all the different types of meat, after all. The service was really excellent, from host to servers to carvers. The atmosphere was just average, not a special night out kind of place. Overall, a decent place with good selection.
I love this place
All the meats was delicious salad bar was great..customer service was great...Great place.
Good food and atmosphere
Everyone was nice and pleasant. Food was very good and there was plenty of it, not sure it was worth 43.00 a person but it was still a nice evening.

So so so much food. Had a great 1st time here. Food was great and lots of it.
Great food great service
The server was awesome and super friendly. He even did magic tricks. Literally magic tricks. They really bend over backwards to make sure your dinner is awesome. The food is amazing.
We were looking for a good place for date night. This will definitely be added to our favorites. The service was amazing. Our server was very attentive and made sure every need was met in a timely matter. She was also very enthusiastic and explained things in detail. With this being our first time, we really appreciated that. The food was beyond great. We loved the salad bars and meat. Overall a great experience and we will be returning!
After having gone to this restaurant last year and loved this place, I made reservations during restaurant week for the end of the week because it said it was extending its service, due to the snow. After being excited to eat their, much to my disappointment I was told they were not doing restaurant week extended unless you had a reservation during the snow storm, and it would have had to be on select days. So, after staying to eat and paying over $100 with tip, this experience and the quality of the food was poor. The chef apologized and agree the food was not up to par. The waitress was nice, but the overall quality for the cost was not proportional and disappointing. Based upon having one good experience and one bad experience there, I think I would opt out to try something else before I went back there again. I appreciate the staff trying to make for a good night and apologozing as we we were one of two customers there.
Clinton was great! He was a great host
All meats were delicious, our server was outstanding even did a few magic tricks! Hot bar and salad bar were a great addition as well
We had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before, but all of us had heard of the 'experience'. There is no way I could have been warned about how fantastic this was! The wine was perfect, the food was amazing, and the staff were delightful! They patiently educated us on the different meats, made certain we were well-fed, and even serenaded us with a duet by two of the waitstaff. Then the chef surprised us with a dessert that wasn't even on the menu..........yeah, we are 'hooked'! This is pricy enough that it will only be in my budget for special occasions, but it was well worth the money and I can't wait for an excuse to go back! Thank you, Brazz (and all the Brazz staff) for one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long, long time :)
The food was amazing. I loved the new salad bar items. One of our favorite spots.

Great food and very nice wait staff. We will definitely go back.
Steaks were tuff, soup had no flavor, waiter was not pleasant
Very good salad bar, and the meat was very good. Was surprised the chicken was on of the best. We went during restaurant week so got wine, apps, salad, and 9 meats for $35
Brazz is Class
Make sure you don't eat the day you come to this restaurant. You will definitely leave with a full belly of tasty delights. The decor and venue were beautiful and the food was fresh and delicious. Their tomatoe soup was fantastic. Bring your appetite, you are going to need it.

Despite the reviews on other sites, the salad bar was great. The meat was seasoned perfectly.
I was very much looking forward to our trip here for Charlotte restaurant week. Unfortunately, having been to an amazing Brazilian Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach, this place was just so-so. The salad bar seems more like an after thought than a feature and premium meats are guarded by gauchos. If your looking to eat $100 dollars worth of underwhelming sausage, this is your place. Plenty to eat, so mission accomplished there. But this was just not the type of dining experience I had in mind. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Good was great and the wait staff was awesome they never let our plates or grind gets low. First time a Brazilian steak house and we will definitely be back!
I really wasn't impressed with the food. We drove from 1.5 hours away during a snow storm in order to have a nice dinner on my birthday. They were accommodating with us because it took us longer to get there due to the weather and were willing to push our reservation back 30 mins. We weren't asked how well done we prefer our meat, the steaks were brought out super rare and mt husband wouldn't touch it. The cuts of meat did not seem to be high quality. Their hot bar and salad bar disappointed me the most because I'm not a huge meat eater. Nothing was particularly tasty and seemed to have been sitting there for a long time. Definitely not work the money, even during restaurant week.
Excellent Birthday Dinner
Took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner and the staff was very attentive. Food is great, but the salad bar at Chima is still one step above... but you don't go to a Brazilian Steakhouse for the salad bar.

I was impressed that they offered two Carménère wines by the glass. These were great with roasted meats.
Fails to live up to the experience
Ambiance is good, server was brand new which by itself is not an issue, but a majority of the wait staff was also on their first day. This caused issues with the same meats circulating over and over rather than the full gambit of meats. Even though our server asked for our meat preferences beyond the first couple sets of meats, preferences were neglected after that, with promises that they would come back with our choice were left unfulfilled. That said, what was cooked to preference was good and well seasoned. One carver finally asked what meats were missing and they were provided, but again cooking preferences were neglected. It was explained that the system that the restaurant uses wasn't being implemented properly by all the new staff causing a chaotic experience. Drinks flowed intermittently, and there could have been other opportunities for additional beverages. What we were served were unique and tasty. I brought in out of town guests with high hopes based on reviews on google and yelp. This experience changed what I had hoped to be a great experience to one that was moderate at best; certainly one that I would not recommend to others. The value for the money is poor to fair, surprising to see what the impact of training (or lack thereof) has. Very disappointing experience.
The service was excellent, the food very good, the atmosphere great and the attention given was outstanding.
Food was okay, too much oil
I ordered the salmon it was cooked well but the sides and all the hot bar sides were drenched in oil. Everything was too oily for me. I don't believe I'll go back. The service was good.
A bit too much money for the quality of food. Desserts should not be EXTRA in a all you can eat option.

So disappointing. The salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays is better than here. Slow service with meat and they never brought out the chimmichurri sauce with cheese bread. Old decor and plain. Will not return.
I went to celebrate my birthday with my guy. We had an excellet server who could anticipate what we needed before we could. I recomended this place to a few people. I would definitely come back for another amazing meal.
