I've never had a lamb shank as good as the Lamb Ragout that Chef Charles had on the menu tonight. Fava beans, mushrooms, and cheese raviolis. This dish was delicious!!!

I ordered the duck breast with roasted fingerling sweet potatoes and haricot verts. This was a great meal. I paired it with the Hearst Ranch GSM, which was new on their wine list. Definitely a delicious meal!!

It was so disappointing to dine at Adelinas. Upon arriving we were sat at a lovely table near the window. That was the best I can say about the evening. I had to ask twice for a waiter to come and take our order. He arrive and I had to ask him to describe the Sunday Supper. The food arrived, we all had the salmon, but it came in 4 different sizes, almost as if they were running out. (which I heard they did). We had to ask for more water, the desert, and the bill, also the bill had to be adjusted because we are community members. We NEVER saw a manager. It will be quite a while until we return.

The food is absolutely delicious, but the service we had was terrible. We sat there for at least 10 minutes and no one had asked for our drink order and I had to flag someone down to let them know we still hadn't gotten our drink order taken. The food came and was delicious, but no one ever came back to check on us and anytime we wanted a refill on our drink we had to flag someone down. I'm really bummed because I like their food and ambiance, but unless you're sitting at the bar you're not going to get great service. This was my third time eating there and it's been the same thing every time...not sure I'll go back.

What a delicious lunch!!!! Even in the rain the restaurant was full!! Yet the service didn't miss a beat! The Natural Chicken sandwich with fries was huge portion for only $10!!!! I was stuffed and took half with me. Have never had lunch at the Bistro, only dinner. I was definitely impressed and will surely be coming back for lunch soon!!

Never disappoints! Tried on of the new cocktails Jonathan and Justin came up with, the Saharan Sunset...it was unreal!!! Tea infused vodka and a bunch of other stuff, but definitely delish. I had the Seared Ahi Asian Salad which was a special tonight, and I was very glad I did. seared ahi, sesame dressing, mushrooms, wontons and mandarin oranges...hope this special makes it to the menu. I did ask for a little wasabi, and our server, Jonathan, brought it along with a side of Ponzu!!! How's that for service!!! Definitely will be back...SOON!!!!

private club dining in a public restaurant

Dined on March 10, 2016

this is a very nice restaurant. It has the atmosphere of a private club. which it is not, but that is the feeling you get when you walk in. The menu is not extensive but that probably contributes to the consistency and the quality of the meals served. The service is very good, and I must aknowledge Jerod who has served us several occasions. You can't go wrong.

It's close to home

Dined on February 28, 2016

I continue to be disappointed in Adelina's. As I don't eat meat, the menu choices become very limited. This particular evening, I was choosing between the salmon sandwich - which is usually pretty good - and the scallops, which sounded ok with their new preparation, but are really pricey. Went with the sandwich, and it was over-cooked and kinda blah. The only reason we EVER end up at Adelina's is because it is so close to home, although admittedly the wait staff is great, and the ambiance pleasant.

Unpredictable

Dined on February 20, 2016

We finally found somewhere that had a very good "steak" and for a couple of months, we enjoyed going to Adelina's weekly to get their loin strip/rib-eye steak for about $33.00. It was delicious every time. However, they removed it from the menu and replaced it with a veal chop that is 16 oz. which turned out to be tough, fatty and tasteless. ….and it was more money! Very disappointing.

Like being at a resort

Dined on February 17, 2016

Excellent atmosphere, attentive staff, 30 foot wooden ceilings, interior decor, and large open viewing. Great special dinner menu items, fire cooked pizza, salads, drinks, and desserts. Has excellent view of sunset via a large glass wall facing West. My wife and I dine there often and also eat their Market Place. Excellent place to dine at a high end golf course.

Always a delight

Dined on February 15, 2016

We've dined here several Valentines' Day and this time there wasn't a prix fix special Valentines dinner offered but the Sunday night special certainly stepped up to the plate. The Lobster Bisque is always tasty with little bits of lobster, salad was just greens with a light dressing, followed by a generous serving of perfectly cooked Prime Rib, fork tender, scalloped potatoes that tempted you to eat them all, so so green beans, topped off with a chocolate, chocolate (oh did I say, chocolate?) cake, truffle, tort......well, you get the picture all for $30 each. Hard to beat in this day.

Dined on February 10, 2016

We went here for their Taco Tuesday night. The tacos and tamales are always a good value. This week the tacos were chicken and salmon. I thought the chicken was very bland and as a result, the taco didn't have much flavor. The salmon taco was OK but generally their fish tacos or shrimp tacos that they've had in the past have been better. We also shared a beef tamale and that was good.

Love Taco Tuesdays

Dined on December 16, 2015

I love Taco Tuesdays. My husband and i like to go every Tuesday. My favorite is the crispy chicken with shredded lettuce and ranch dressing - however they do not have those often and the are amazing. The pulled pork Taco's are not so good. Too fatty - but all the others are amazing and the servers are so kind.....

So-so

Dined on December 15, 2015

I hope the Monday "Pasta Night" improves, as this will be my last time without more of a "pull". It really was same-old same-old. The salad choices are somewhat better, but why not throw in something besides one pasta shape? Eggplant Parmesan or other casserol-y things would be great. And what's up with Mac-n-cheese?
